Healthcare Resources, LLC can provide staffing support, strategic direction and direct operational oversight to hospital and physician revenue cycle programs.  This work is done under the direction of Joe Ingold, who has served as the revenue cycle leader for large multi-state health systems and has been involved in many successful revenue cycle turnaround projects.  Joe will partner with other key leaders in developing strategy and tactics for operational improvements, including clinical leadership to identify and achieve targeted benefit realization.  As change manager and leader, he ensures integrated leadership participation in defining strategic system priorities, best practices, customer service excellence, decision support, data analytics, and operational dashboard monitoring.  We also excel at providing strategic planning and direction on matters of technology, charging and revenue cycle initiatives to ensure the success of meeting strategic goals.  Healthcare Resources will bring an employee and clinician focused approach to solving operational needs.  We also focus on employee needs, customer service and developing management talent within financial services.   Several clients have used us specifically for training revenue cycle leadership at all levels in an organization.
